All legal matters, disputes, claims, or controversies arising out of or relating to this website, its products, services, or these terms shall be governed exclusively by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
By accessing, browsing, or purchasing from snappykids.net, you irrevocably consent to the exclusive personal jurisdiction and venue of the state and federal courts located in New York County, New York for resolution of any dispute. You waive any objection to the laying of venue in such courts.

CPSA · CPSIA · 16 C.F.R. Parts 1000–1799Snappy Kids Inc. sells children's toys and educational products and complies with all applicable federal product safety laws enforced by the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC):
- Consumer Product Safety Act (CPSA, 15 U.S.C. § 2051 et seq.): All products sold are subject to applicable mandatory safety standards. We cooperate fully with any CPSC investigation, recall, or corrective action.
- Consumer Product Safety Improvement Act (CPSIA, Pub. L. 110-314): Children's products comply with lead content limits (100 ppm), phthalate restrictions, and applicable toy standards.
- ASTM F963 Standard Consumer Safety Specification for Toy Safety: Toys are tested and certified to applicable ASTM F963 standards.
- Product Recalls: We will promptly notify customers of any product recall affecting items they have purchased and cooperate with all CPSC corrective action programs.
- Certificates of Conformity (CoC): Children's products sold on this website have valid general or children's product certificates as required under 16 C.F.R. Part 1110.

Returns, Refunds & Consumer Rights

Limitation of Liability & Disclaimers

Exceptions: The foregoing limitations do not apply to: (i) liability for personal injury or death caused by our negligence; (ii) liability for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation; (iii) liability under any applicable product liability laws; or (iv) any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
New York Specific: Some states, including New York, do not allow certain limitations of implied warranties or exclusion of certain damages. If you are a New York resident, some of the above limitations may not apply to you.
Indemnification: You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Snappy Kids Inc. and its affiliates from any claim, demand, damages, or expense (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your breach of these terms, your violation of any law, or your infringement of any third-party rights.
Dispute Resolution & Arbitration
FAA 9 U.S.C. § 1 · N.Y. CPLR § 7501To promote efficient resolution of disputes, Snappy Kids Inc. encourages customers to first contact us directly at sales@snappykids.net or (718) 300-7760 to resolve any concern informally. We will make good-faith efforts to resolve disputes within 30 days.
For disputes not resolved informally, the parties agree that any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to this Agreement, or breach thereof, shall be settled by binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Consumer Arbitration Rules, and judgment on the award rendered by the arbitrator may be entered in any court having jurisdiction. The arbitration shall take place in New York County, New York, pursuant to the Federal Arbitration Act (9 U.S.C. § 1 et seq.) and N.Y. CPLR § 7501 et seq.
Class Action Waiver: You agree that any dispute resolution proceedings will be conducted only on an individual basis and not in a class, consolidated, or representative action. If for any reason a claim proceeds in court rather than in arbitration, you waive any right to a jury trial.
Small Claims: Notwithstanding the above, either party may pursue an individual action in small claims court for disputes within that court's jurisdiction.

Amendments & Severability

Severability: If any provision of this Legal Notice is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
